2) NEVER EAT FOR TWO:
Many pregnant women believe that since another being is staying in their womb, therefore they have to eat much food that can satisfy two. Meanwhile, this assumption is wrong as pregnant women are expected to eat moderately especially during this period. In fact, research shows that the intake of caloric by pregnant woman should not change much during the first three months of pregnancy. Therefore, a pregnant woman should not overdo in terms of eating, rather takes enough fruits to help in health growth of the offspring.
3) DO NOT GO FOR A DIP IN A HOT TUB:
Excessive body temperature can be boost by hot tubs and which is very abnormal and dangerous to both pregnant woman and the offspring. Pregnant women are therefore advised not to allow their body temperature rise 102.2 degree. Avoid sitting in a hot bath, it many eventually boost the body temperature excessively and this may be injurious to the small growing infant. Also, pregnant woman should avoid having a walk to a long distance when the temperature is too high.
4) DO NOT ENGAGE IN RIGOROUS ACTIVITIES OR ACTIVITIES WITH RISK OF FALLING:
This is one of the important things a pregnant woman should avoid during the period of pregnancy. You have to stay away from any form of hectic chores and activities that has the rise of falling. You have to treat the baby in the womb gently and avoid undergoing any form of stress that can affect the baby negatively.
If you’re a kind that love engaging in all forms of sports, it is advisable you reduce them into a very light ones. A jarring movements experienced during hard sports or activities could cause placental abruption and unfortunately cause the loss of pregnancy. Sitting on the roller coaster rides is dangerous, horseback riding, skydiving, snowboarding, surfing, off-street biking, basketball, football, hockey, boxing and the likes are all not good during pregnancy period
5) AVOID CONSUMING RAW MEAT:
If you’re the kind that loves eating sushi, it is advisable you stop eating it when you’re pregnant.

7) AVOID DRINKING ALCOHOL:

9) DO NOT SKIP THE VISIT TO YOUR DOCTORS:
Sometimes you may be feeling better while you’re pregnant. Don’t just assume everything is alright and you not to visit your doctor. It is pertinent and crucial to know that your check-ups are arguably essential during pregnancy. This is because, when there is increase in blood quantity and progesterone in the body, pregnant women are prone to gingivitis and that’s why medical professionals do recommend everyday dental cleaning by women. So, skipping your “anti-natal” is actually not a good idea and something to desist from.
10) DO NOT JOKE WITH PERSONAL HYGIENE:
Pregnancy period has to be the most period where the pregnant women take their hygiene as important as it is. Whatever that happens to the woman automatically prone to the baby as well. Therefore, you should attach more important to your hygiene in order to keep the baby health always and to have an easy delivery.
